Nile University faced several challenges: - Fragmented Student Data: Information about academic performance, activities, and internships existed across multiple disconnected systems. - Limited Visibility into Competencies: Soft skills, extracurricular achievements, and professional experiences were difficult to measure and track. - Lack of Student Ownership: Students had no centralized platform to monitor their progress and achievements. - Institutional Reporting Limitations: Faculty and administrators lacked comprehensive analytics to evaluate student development outcomes. The platform is deployed using Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration, supported by a CI/CD pipeline to ensure reliable deployments and scalability.
